Our state of the art design studio is equipped with the latest CAD tools to turn your ideas into commercial product propositions. We use Pantone reference software so all colour shades are available .
Design is a key element in product creation. Our design studio is equipped with the latest design software which we can use to transform your ideas into commercial products. The software also has the latest Pantone references already uploaded so we are able to closely match your requirement. Sublimated products can be designed in virtually whatever colours are required, however non sublimated garments are subject to fabric and colour availability.Any samples you may have or visuals closely resembling what you are looking for are always very helpful. CADS are sent out in PDF format, please ensure you have the necessary software available to view them. We would normally turn CADS around in three working days and allow three amends to be made.
We have extensive digital dye sublimation printing facilities, a unique process where the print actually becomes part of the fabric. This means that logos, sponsors and crests can be printed at no extra cost
Source Bespoke has extensive Dye Sublimation facilities. In sublimation printing, the digital design is printed onto sublimation transfer sheets and then a heat press applies the print under extreme pressure and high temperatures which can change depending on the fabric, to “transfer” the sublimation dyes at the molecular level into the fabric. The end result of the sublimation process is a nearly permanent, high resolution, full color print. Sublimation prints will not crack, fade or peel under normal conditions. Sublimation printing is used for on the field performance apparel such as team shirts where club crests and sponsors logos are all printed into the fabric so there are no additional cost of embroidery and/or printing.

Our Client had designed a stunning range of Bath Heritage Leisurewear but could find any one to sample and manufacture the range in the relatively small quantities that were required. The fabric also had to be the correct weight and finished from a fashion handle point of view. The Clients retail brand also needed to be created complete with neck labels, swing tickets and bags
Source Bespoke first sent samples of available fabrics to the Client. Once the fabric had been chosen sample were commissioned in house by the SB sample department and a range of styles produced. Once the samples and size specifications had been approved bulk production was started initially with the knitting and dying of the fabric then onto the cutting and sewing of the product. Embroidery discs were also made and approved by the Client.
In the second year of the project new ladies styles were introduced complete with female fit, size specifications and neck line

Our Client wanted to reduce his reliance on the major sports brands especially for his teamwear business. He provided us with his logo and wanted a single design theme to run from Polo Shirts, T Shirts, Training Tops, Training pants and Gym Shorts.
The Design Studio produced all the necessary CADS for approval whilst the Client chose the necessary fabrics for each of the product groups. The styles were sampled and amendments made especially regarding the size specifications.
The Client then placed 3D cads of the range on his website in 4 different colourways and orders are placed directly with Source Bespoke together with the necessary team embroidery discs and or any printing instructions required.
The benefit of being able to make a minimum of 12 pieces means that our Client does not miss out on any opportunities and the bespoke product does not have a shelf life, hence all the margin made add straight to the bottom line

The Clients needed a set of tour shirts which the main sponsor was funding. CADs were drawn up complete with main sponsors. However the the initial CADs although selected by the Client were refused by the main sponsor because they felt that the sponsor’s logo was not visible enough.
CAD’s were redrawn up to 4 times before the main sponsor was satisfied with the shirt, the position of the main sponsor and the visibility of their Logo.
However the delay in the CAD confirmation meant that the lead time had been shortened considerably. The product was airfreighted by DHL and the Client picked the good up from the local DHL Hub in the morning and delivered the goods to the tour party who were leaving for Amsterdam in the evening.
I have known Shak since his KooGa days and as usual he brings a very high level of professionalism to everything he does. The product is of a very high quality, deliveries are fast and on time and the pricing gives us the opportunity to compete with the brands who all go direct to my customers. Source Bespoke have been instrumental in increasing our workwear business over the past 6 months. The consistency of the product means that we can get into long term contracts with our customers. The price/quality/service mix is perfect for my business
With Bath riding high in the Premiere league over the past few years we got together with Shak at Source Bespoke to design and supply a unique Heritage range. We are now in the 2nd year of the project, the quality/price ratio has meant that the product sells out very quickly giving us a fantastic ROI!
Shak has been very helpful in guiding me through the often complicated world of bespoke sportswear to the point now where I have my own brand and established customers throughout the UK. The product is of the highest quality and i try to make full use of their embroidery, heat seal printing and dye sublimation facilities as well as their vast range of stock technical fabrics.

The Bespoke Process
Face to face meetings are conducted with the client to ascertain what the requirements are in terms of products. This would typically cover type of product, end use, fabrics, fit, sponsor logos, embroidery, prints, sublimation or cut and sew. Any pictures and/or samples of similar garments can help this process.
2. DESIGN 1
Once the brief has been agreed this is sent off to our design studio to be converted into CADs. Any sample and pantone references really help this process. CADS are usually turned around in 3 working days and returned to the Client. We would typically allow up to three amends to perfect the design.
3. DESIGN 2
Once the CAD has been confirmed the client then sends this back to Source Bespoke with the size and quantities required. DST embroidery files can be attached. If not then high resolution vectors (.png or .ai files) are required in order to create the embroidery discs and prints for logos.
Samples are important in the creation Bespoke products for Clients to see what the CAD design looks like as a garment and to confirm the fabric, colour and fit. Sample are made where required but not usually for order of less than 50 pieces. All samples are invoiced at cost plus 100% but are credited from the first order. Sample turnaround is usually approx 2 weeks depending on fabric availability.
5. SIGN OFF
Once all the information has been received this is then converted into a Factory Purchase order in the form of an Excel spreadsheet and returned to the client. The client then checks the contents of this sheet and any amendments that need to be made are made. Only once the client has agreed the factory PO does manufacturing start and the agreed lead time comes into play.
The client is notified when order is ready for shipment either via DHL or an independent Airfreight shipper. Source Bespoke Ltd handle all the custom procedures and VAT payments. Shipment can take between 3-5 days and is dependent on backlog in Customs clearance. The Client, in the case of DHL shipment, is provided with the AWB number so they can track the parcel themselves.
